Giannino wins NCAA Atlantic Regional Men's Cross Country Championship, leading Tigers to 10th place finishPublished by
ROCHESTER, NY - Senior Matt Giannino (Syracuse, NY/Christian Brothers Academy) of the RIT men's cross country defeated 284 other runners to claim the 2014 NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship, held on a sunny, cool, Saturday morning at nearby Genesee Valley Park. Giannino led the Tigers to a strong 10th place finish out of 41 teams, with a team score of 278 points.
