MOUNT MORRIS, NY - Sophomore James Bailey (Danvers, MA/Danvers) finished a strong 23rd overall out of 288 runners, as the RIT men's cross country team wrapped up the 2015 season at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships, placing 16th out of 45 squads at Letchworth State Park on Saturday.
